The WebKit introspection build should be updated to follow the new conventions
documented at http://live.gnome.org/GObjectIntrospection/AutotoolsIntegration

Apart from being simpler and contain less duplication the checklist above contains a couple
of important fixes over the current webkit build, it requires that introspection is installed
at distcheck time.

Autotools is gone now.
