Summary Include lighter accessibility headers in IPC code and AccessibilityObject.h

Three includes pull much more than they need into widely included headers: - The IPC mappings for AXDebugInfo, AXFrameGeometry, AriaNotifyData, LiveRegionAnnouncementData, AccessibilityMode, AccessibilityRemoteToken, InheritedFrameState and the announcement enums (messages.py and WebCoreArgumentCoders.serialization.in) name AXObjectCache.h, so WebPageMessages.h and WebPageProxyMessages.h include it. - AccessibilityObject.h includes TextIterator.h for TextIteratorBehavior and a TextIterator reference. - TextIterator.h includes InlineIteratorLogicalOrderTraversal.h for one cache type. Moving AXDebugInfo and AXFrameGeometry to AXObjectTypes.h and AriaNotifyData and LiveRegionAnnouncementData to AXAnnouncementTypes.h (which AXObjectCache.h already includes), pointing the IPC mappings at the light headers, and forward-declaring in AccessibilityObject.h and TextIterator.h, saves about 0.8-1.2 CPU-minutes per clean build. The object files that depend on AXObjectCache.h drop from 71 to 39, and on TextIterator.h from 91 to 50, so edits to either rebuild much less.
