Part 1 of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319263. Replace references to a font's "computedSize" with "usedSize". This includes getters and setters on both FontDescription and Style::ComputedStyleBase as well as some utility functions and types in StyleFontSizeFunctions.
