1. run-minibrowser --release --site-isolation "https://static-safari-alt.v.aaplimg.com/automation-test-sites/CHIPS/set-with-http-header.html" -AcceptAllTLSCertificates YES 2. Open Web Inspector and go to Storage tab. Select the cookies from static-safari.apple.com => Notice no cookies show up in the right panel. The items will show up once I reload the page with the inspector open rdar://185268264
