Restrict length values passed via script for the ViewTimelineOptions inset member to computationally independent values . This is being resolved on by the CSSWG in https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/13852 and has already been changed in WPT https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/d645ced2cfda70af35f1af585d0a1120a576a65a.
