style-queue pass messages are confusing

"Attachment 41599 [details] passed the style-queue"

I think it should say more about what that means.

"The style-queue successfully applied attachment 41599 [details] against revision r12335 ran check-webkit-style without any errors."
or similar.

1.  "passed the style-queue" makes little sense to me.
2.  Saying what it actually means to "pass" would be helpful.
3.  We might want to link to a wiki page about the StyleQueue.
