[GTK][WPE] Limit the damage region of the scrollbar to the region actually painted 1. WEBKIT_SHOW_DAMAGE=1 ./Tools/Scripts/run-minibrowser --gtk --release 2. https://www.webkitgtk.org/ is loaded 3. Wait a few seconds to start the hiding animation of the overlay scrollbar Actual: the whole scrollbar area is highlighted Expected: Only the scrollbar thumb area is highlighted
