Gardening of WPE arm64 (builder 1882) layout tests for 2026-05-25. Tests added to LayoutTests/platform/wpe/TestExpectations: * webkit.org/b/315515 [ arm64 ] imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/gpc/sec-gpc.https.html [ Failure Pass ] - flakyhunter: 53.5% on wpe-arm64-release; sub-threshold on wpe-release and gtk-release.

Updated scope: this gardening also covers a regression that affects all three GLib bots (not arm64-only). Tests added to LayoutTests/platform/wpe/TestExpectations: * webkit.org/b/315515 [ arm64 ] imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/gpc/sec-gpc.https.html [ Failure Pass ] - flakyhunter: 53.5% on wpe-arm64-release; sub-threshold on wpe-release and gtk-release. Tests added to LayoutTests/platform/glib/TestExpectations: * webkit.org/b/315517 imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-values/attr-pseudo-elem-invalidation-2.html [ Failure ] - Consistent TEXT (Expected: PASS) failure on gtk-release (7.8%), wpe-release (6.7%), wpe-arm64-release (6.9%) since ~313814@main.
