fast/forms/select/mac-wk2/inactive-appearance.html is a flaky IMAGE failure on mac Tahoe x86_64

No clear regression point found.

This issue can be reproduced using the command:
run-webkit-tests --no-build --no-retry --no-show-results --exit-after-n-failures=1 --expect-pass --iterations=580 --force -1 --debug fast/forms/select/mac-wk2/inactive-appearance.html
