I made a few improvements to the build system in Bug 312936, but Elliott noticed some mistakes that are worth addressing quickly. This patch attempts to address Elliott's points: 1. JSC symlink phase: Replace alwaysOutOfDate with proper output paths 2. WebCore media controls copy: Fix the directory input dependency (doesn't track content changes) 3. WebInspectorUI copy: Same directory dependency issue
