We are planning to enable asserts on the release build for the post-commit bots that run tests. But certainly we don't want the perf test bot running with asserts as that would make it slower. So we need to switch GTK-Linux-64-bit-Release-Perf to build its own built product as it won't be able to rely anymore on the default release builder that will build with assertions enabled.
