Debug build of GTK and WPE are failing. https://build.webkit.org/#/builders/43/builds/71010 > {standard input}:150799: Error: symbol `_ZN3WTF17uncheckedDowncastIN3JSC12JSRopeStringENS1_8JSStringEEEPNSt11conditionalIX10is_const_vIT0_EENSt9add_constIT_E4typeENSt12remove_constIS7_E4typeEE4typeEPS5_' is already defined

I tried on my PC. Clang has no problem. Only GCC.
