Several CSS image contexts hardcoded ImageOrientation::FromImage, ignoring the computed image-orientation value. Fixes 3 WPT tests: css/css-images/image-orientation/image-orientation-background-image.html css/css-images/image-orientation/image-orientation-border-image.html css/css-images/image-orientation/image-orientation-list-style-image.html
