Bug 273923 landed canvas layers support (280148@main), but the offscreen/layers WPT tests are still blanket-skipped in root TestExpectations. Running them locally on macOS (release): - 40 pass - 40 image-only failures (filter/blending/compositing reftests) - 22 text failures (invalid-calls and valid-calls tests) The blanket Skip should be replaced with specific entries for the 62 tests that still fail, so the 40 passing tests get coverage.
