In https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10201 the CSSWG resolved to rename `anchors-visible` to `anchor-visible` to better reflect its actual behavior. They forgot to consider renaming `anchors-valid`, though; it should probably be renamed to match. While they figure out what to do, we should accept both spellings.
