The test imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/svg/shapes/reftests/pathlength-002.svg has a constant IMAGE failure. The test's allowed fuzziness is `max_difference=0-1, total_pixels=0-50` but the actual difference is `max_difference=1, total_pixels=57`. Bump the fuzzy pixel tolerance to accommodate the actual rendering difference. <rdar://172914523>
