HISTORY:
I was able to reproduce this on macOS release TOT with the following:

run-webkit-tests --root <PATH-TO-SPADE> --release --no-retry inspector/dom/getAccessibilityPropertiesForNode.html

Marking expectations as fail while this pends investigation.
