i'm not sure if this is by design so that things look nicer, or a bug, but css zoom doesn't scale properly: it seems to sacrifice accuracy for looking nice. see test case at provided URL, with comparison to IE and scaling in photoshop.

Created attachment 105295 [details] test case for css zoom issues test case attached here and reuploaded to http://davidnewton.ca/demos/csszoom/test.html. the version on the server may get updated at some point... i haven't looked at this in awhile, so everything is pretty out of date, but i think the issue still remains

Safari and Chrome work properly, Firefox does not.
