REPRODUCTION:
I was able to reproduce this on iOS 26.3 release with the following:

run-webkit-tests --no-build --no-retry --no-show-results --exit-after-n-failures=1 --expect-pass --iterations=2000 --force -f --ios-simulator --release imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-writing-modes/text-orientation-mixed-srl-016.xht

I am going to mark expectations as imageOnlyFailure Pass while this pends investigation.

This test is flaky on iOS due to small pixel inconsistencies across runs, adding retest-wait to relevant files allows renders to fully settle before screenshots are taken. Putting this up as a PR.
