The C++ WebBackForwardList has gained a new API, updateFrameIdentifier. We need to add that to the Swift equivalent code. This is to match commit e12ff02f1726745fb3c8144b7ccccf46a53dc742 from https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309366.
