If you navigate to https://mdn.github.io/dom-examples/navigation-api/subpage.html, make the window short so that the page becomes scrollable, then navigate back and forth between index.html and subframe.html, the cursor gets offset from the content position so that link clicking doesn't work. <rdar://171752650>
