We have seen logs where ParentalControlsContentFilter::finishedAddingData blocks the main thread of NetworkProcess for a long time due to a bug in a downstream framework. We should add logging if we have to wait in this method for an excessive amount of time so that we have a better idea if the downstream framework fix worked or not.
