This test is a flaky timeout on Tahoe debug wk2 arm64 with macmini9,1 model on ToT and since the bring-up.

This issue can be reproduced using the command:
run-webkit-tests --no-build --no-retry --no-show-results --exit-after-n-failures=1 --expect-pass --iterations=1000 --force -f --debug http/tests/workers/service/page-cache-service-worker-pending-promise.https.html
