I'm not able to reproduce with latest WebKit trunk, but I'm on 64-bit Cocoa (PPC). Do you know if it only happens on 32-bit with 4.6.1?

Hi Kent, I'm also no longer able to reproduce this problem with 4.6 (my HEAD being 2458cb45665b0fe3144266122f876bd541de9c42) on 32bit. So most likely it has been fixed in the meantime.
