webanimations/accelerated-animation-slot-invalidation.html is a flaky failure only on Sequoia Release/Debug and Tahoe Debug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
I was able to reproduce this failure on macOS Tahoe Debug ToT running the test as follows: 

run-webkit-tests --debug --no-retry --force --iterations 2000 webanimations/accelerated-animation-slot-invalidation.html

I am going to mark expectations for this test as a pass failure while it is under investigation.
