We previously landed the IPC message handlers for the new Swift BackForwardList, but they're not enabled in any builds. We've since tweaked a couple of the APIs on which they depend - specifically, changing the order and naming of parameters in messageCheckCompletion, and moving downcastToWebProcessProxy into the WebKit namespace. We need to update the code to match.
