Test failures appear as far back as the test was introduced.

REPRODUCTION:
I was able to reproduce with the following on IOS26.2 debug ToT:

rwt --child-processes=1 --debug --ios-simulator --force --no-retry --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts=1 --iterations 10 <TEST>

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail while this pends investigation.

These tests got accidentally unskipped in 303934@main. 

All inspector tests are skipped on iOS, but this revision marked them as [ Timeout ], so now they are asserting in debug or timing out in release every time.
