Right now, we are using a compile-time ifdef HAVE(WEBCONTENTRESTRICTIONS_TRANSITIVE_TRUST) to guard calling evaluateURL:mainDocumentURL:completionHandler. We should do a run-time check instead using selectors. This way, we do not have to re-compile WebKit and flip this flag if we want to call evaluateURL:mainDocumentURL:completionHandler. We can just call it if it's already available.
