Reproduced on macOS Tahoe release and debug with the following:

run-webkit-tests --release --force --no-retry --iterations 100 http/tests/webgpu/webgpu/shader/validation/parse/blankspace.html

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail while this pends investigation.
