STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
I was able to reproduce this failure at IOS26.2 ToT running the test as follows: 

run-webkit-tests  --ios-simulator --version=26.2 --device-type="iPhone 12" --child-processes=1  --iterations 10 --force compositing/rtl/rtl-scrolling-with-transformed-descendants.html

I am going to mark expectations as pass fail.
