We have three tests that are failing the `ASSERT_WITH_MESSAGE(m_isOwnedByMainThread == isMainThread(), "Unsafe to ref/deref from different threads")`: - fast/animation/css-animation-throttling.html - webanimations/combining-transform-animations-with-different-acceleration-capabilities-6.html - webanimations/transform-animation-with-steps-timing-function-not-accelerated.html
