[GTK][WPE][Coordinated Graphics] Paint scrollbars in non-main thread for async scrolling 1. Load attachment#477989 [details] 2. Scroll the page by wheel events 3. scrollbars aren't updated while the main thread is blocked ScrollerMac.mm is Mac's implementation to paint scrollbars.
