Cannot copy text when video was paused. This could not be reproduced on iPad version 26.4 (LuckE23E182) . Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/videos 2. Play video 3. Pause when text is on screen 4. Enter fullscreen 5. Copy text Observation: Text could not be copied rdar://167727538
