Embedded port class names are a bit difficult to follow. For instance, in a vacuum, the name `DeviceDevicePort` isn't clear as to what its purpose is. To clarify the ambiguities, we should change the port names from DevicePort -> EmbeddedPort, DeviceDevicePort -> EmbeddedDevicePort, and SimulatorDevicePort -> EmbeddedSimulatorPort.
