Bug 304814 – Remove `3d-point-mapping-*` local tests in favor of WPT

Hi Team,

It seems Blink / Chromium moved these tests to WPT:

3d-point-mapping-overlapping.html -> https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6415336 -> We haven't changed it since 2009, so deleting and relying on WPT is good approach.

3d-point-mapping-origins.html -> https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/056b7bbf7dc0dcfdc911e8da1ee26f37863cec21 -> We haven't changed this test since 2012 (which was test runner change, so we deleting deleting and relying on WPT is good approach).

3d-point-mapping-coplanar.html -> https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/5f633903b3d1aead406e85108d2c255c77228958 -> We haven't changed it since 2009, so deleting and relying on WPT is good approach.

3d-point-mapping-2 -> More involved but we should keep it right now but might be in future - yes.
