Summary Web Inspector: Prevent automatic searches for potentially slow short queries

Web Inspector doesn't deal well with short, generic queries (like a single character) that can yield a lot of results on a page. The tool can be slow or outright freeze. That's been reported in Bug 262158. A workaround is to quit Web Inspector, reload the page, and reopen it. But the built-in mechanism for remembering your last search query and applying it automatically next time you open the Search tab gets into the same situation. The workaround is to open Web Inspector on a simple page, perhaps about:blank, change the query, then return to the original page. Until a robust fix for Bug 262158 is implemented, we can at least prevent automatically triggering the slow query.
