[EWS] buildbot master unexpectedly stopped and builds failed with error - Master Shutdown. Happened few times. Details in: rdar://163674424

Note that this issue happened multiple times. Around Nov 13, the culprit was this build with 131708 JSC test failures: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/12/builds/129346
