Currently, to run skipped tests, we need to explicitly edit the `WebDriverTests/TestExpectations.json`. Besides that, pytest also hides the error messages for expected failures, requiring us to change a failing test to PASS in order to view the errors. We could add a `--force` option to make run-webdriver-tests outright ignore the existing expectations. Patch incoming.
