We added in Bug 302825 this flag to avoid auto-updating an existing PR's title. Per Jonathan's suggestion [1], we can consider making it a sticky option with `webkitscmpy.update-title`. - [1] https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/54212#pullrequestreview-3493957932
