Create a webkitlegacy directory and move editing/mac/attributed-string (which only run on WebKitLegacy) into that directory.

Reopened Bugzilla. Keep wk1 port, remove webkitlegacy directory, tracking revert in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303644.
