Now I've also had a web process crash! It's in PlatformDisplayDefault::create. . It's hard to explain how dri_gbm.so could somehow go missing. I see it there when I run `flatpak run --command=ls org.gnome.Epiphany.Devel /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/GL/lib/gbm/`.

15 crashes so far today alone. I fear we enabled GPU process is just not ready yet.

I am hitting this (or a very similar issue) every often after enabling the IPC testing API in the IPC tests, presumably those that test IPC messages to the GPU process and need to spawn one for that purpose. I uploaded a draft MR in case someone wants to use it to debug it. Just build WPE or GTK with Debug and run LayoutTests under ipc/

So I figured out that in my case the tests were crashing due to LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 being set in the environment of WebKitTestRunner, so the DRMDevice is not initialized properly and the GPU process spawned fails to initialize as it receives a null device. Unsetting this and allowing accelerated rendering gets rid of this crash in most cases, so it's likely that the underlying issue is different.
