Why safari not support smooth scrolling, when using mos; all app give smooth scroll, but on safari the text keep jittering, it seems to a webkit issue

Thank you for the report. Please add more detailed steps to reproduce. I don't know what "mos" is, however Safari's scrolling is always exceptionally smooth for me.

have you ever used logitech mouse or third party mouse? Mac not provide smooth scrolling for that so people have to install again third party app mos for smooth scrolling which work great for all apps of mac even chrome is buttery smooth, but why not safari; has safari 26.1 been drinking any juice?

then. Given that this is about mos not doing what it's supposed to do, it would be appropriate to have mos developers perform at least initial analysis. But I think that it is fair to track this as a WebKit bug, too.
