A lot of WPT's webvtt tests regularly fails on EWS. This is likely a regression of the use of AudioVideoRenderer in the MediaPlayerPrivateWebM and that it no longer waits for a frame to be displayed before moving the readyState to HAVE_CURRENT_DATA
