301772@main "[Tools][CMake] Avoid ccache misses when building in different directories" broke debuginfo extraction in Fedora. See bug #301003 for details. Fortunately, we can have our cake and eat it too by limiting use of -ffile-prefix-map to DEVELOPER_MODE, where it is really needed.
