In MiniBrowser, load example.com, and use Settings -> Set Default URL to Current URL to save it. Make a new window. It loads the old url, not the newly saved one.

sTargetURL isn't updated by "Set Default URL to Current URL". I think adding this static is a mistake; we should treat the NSUserDefaults value as truth.
