As part of the fix for bug 300992 we're introducing `TimelineIdentifier` as a new `ObjectIdentifier`. But we always use in a coordination with its originating process, so Matt made the suggestion in https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/52565#discussion_r2450234063 to wrap this in `ProcessQualified`.
