imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/user-activation/activation-trigger-pointerevent.html?touch is also a flaky timeout as well

REPRODUCIBILITY:
I was able to reproduce the image failure locally on my device running iOS 26 simulator using the following command
run-webkit-tests <test_name_here> --iOS-simulator --iterations=100
