Steps To Reproduce: 1. Launch MiniBrowser. 2. Uncheck “Use WebKit2 By Default” from “Settings” menu 3. Quit the app. 4. Launch MiniBrowser with `run-minibrowser —web-inspector`. 5. Web Inspector window is not showed up.
