Following bug 300681 ; the management of protected MediaSample is entirely done in the AudioVideoRenderer and should only involved the MediaPlayerPrivate and its AudioVideoRenderer. Currently, MediaPlayerPrivateMediaSourceAVFObjC provides the CDMInstance/LegacyCDMSession to the MediaSourcePrivateAVFObjC which then passes it on all SourceBufferPrivateAVFObjC. This is no longer necessary. This is a step in allowing the MediaSourcePrivateAVFObjC/SourceBufferPrivateAVFObjC to run in a worker directly.
