[ews] Services EWS should run on webkitpy/autoinstalled changes. e.g.: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/52074/files has changes for buildbot and related packages, there didn't had Services-EWS coverage (https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/28/builds/125746 says: "Pull request 52074 doesn't have relevant changes"). It should have Services-EWS coverage (which runs buildbot checkconfig and unit-tests).

We probably also want to run on `webkitpy/__init__.py` because that's where the majority of AutoInstall registrations are (though also webkitcorepy is a dependency too… but we don't need to go so broad?).
